When you provide your phone number and opt in, you agree to receive SMS/MMS communications from TJX Agency. These may include appointment reminders, service updates, marketing messages, and promotional offers.
To comply with A2P 10DLC regulations:
Opt-In: You will only receive SMS/MMS messages if you have voluntarily opted in.
Opt-Out: You may stop receiving SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying “STOP.” Once you opt out, you will no longer receive messages unless you opt in again.
Help: You can reply “HELP” at any time for support information.
Frequency: Message frequency will vary depending on services and campaigns.
Carrier Disclaimer: Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Your phone number will only be used for communications related to TJX Agency and will not be sold or shared for third-party marketing.
4. Payment & Refunds
Payment terms for services will be outlined in your client agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due as specified and are non-refundable once services have been delivered or initiated.
5. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and timely information needed to fulfill services.
Respond to communication requests promptly.
Respect the timelines, deliverables, and processes outlined in your agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
TJX Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. While we aim to help grow your business, results may vary and are not guaranteed. Past performance is not a guarantee of future success.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, processes, and materials provided by TJX Agency remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials outside of the agreed scope of work.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Payments are not made as agreed.
You breach these Terms.
You engage in unlawful or unethical practices that may harm our reputation.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be handled in state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
10. Updates to Terms
